Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure Control of all activities of HR Generalist, Recruitment, Joining & Induction, Manpower Planning, Monthly MIS, Statutory Compliances of Contract manpower, Housekeeping, Admin activities and Safety

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Ensuring effective management of Time Keeping.

2. Search for the candidates

3. Interview & Selection process

4. Managing contractors deployed at the plant.

5. Agreement with contractors

6. Check all contractors are complying with statuary requirements.

7. Audit of contractors statutory records periodically

8. Implementation of existing policies on new directive and process upgradation

9. Preparing and upgrading Organization structure, Job descriptions etc.

10. Ensure closing of attendance of all departments by the last day of the month.

11. Approval of leaves in the system in case of administrative reportees and functional reportees on time.

12. Keeping close watch on any employees’ negative behaviors

13. employees to be positive and supportive of business growth.

14. Overseeing Factory Admin. Activities like Gardening, Civil, Housekeeping, Vehicle Parking, Gate movement of employees, Furniture & Fixtures, Seating arrangement of employees.

15. Ensure safety at workplace.

16. Ensure Housekeeping at Office and Peripheral of plant.

17. Maintaining and updating personal files of employees
