Vacancy Title: Quality Engineer

No of positions : 1

Location : Corporate Office, Hyderabad

CTC Budget : 4-5 LPA

Experience : 3-5 years, initially 1 Year FTC (Fixed Term Contract rolls) basis the performance will be regularized after 1 year

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. expertise particularly in Gas Power Plant applications.
2. hands on experience on preparation of WPS & PQR for pipes used in fuel conversion projects
3. Experience on QAP preparation in line with Fuel conversion project requirements.
4. Profiles are needed experienced Gas Power plant

• Sound knowledge on welding specifications and procedures
• Knowledge able on ASME , API, IS standards
• Proposed to work on quality related task on fuel conversion projects
• Preparing the quality control procedure for fuel conversion project
• Coordinate and ensure the quality procedures are followed during execution of the FC project
• Identify the risk during execution and ensure the necessary quality
• Coordinate with customer quality team and ensure the smooth sign off on quality documentation
• Coordinate all the NDT test to ensure the quality and ensure smooth sign off
• Prepare the procedure and requirements for radiography test
• Ensure all the quality documentation is submitted and approved by customer on FC project
• Spend 80% of the time at site on quality related activities of fuel conversion project
• Coordinate with execution team of BGGTS & customer on the quality related activates of FC projects
• Ensure the supplied material meets the quality requirement of the standards of FC project

Qualifications /Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical
• 3-5 years experience in Quality
• NDT Level-II background
• 1 Year FTC role
• Good team player
• Willing for extensive travel to customer sites
