Roles and Responsibilities

1. To supervise the soap noodle production thoroughly.

2. Must be thorough with blends and chemical formulation for the soap noodle.

3. To ensure that final product is as per requirement.

4. Must be aware of the technical faults of the machine and to rectify the errors or problems.

5. To maintain the records of RM / PM used during the production.

6. To have thorough knowledge of soap finishing line.

7. To ensure that soap finishing lines are working well.

8. Should identify the problems with the lines if any and to rectify them.

9. To be responsible and answerable for resolving machinery related problems

10. To have thorough knowledge about the various blends for the Laundry Soap, Multipurpose Soap, Medicated Soap and Toilet Soap.

11. To report directly to Senior Supervisor or to Soap Plant Manager (As per the Hierarchy).
