PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
Good at designing and applying appropriate project management standards, planning and monitoring the project, project formulation, monitoring overall progress and use of resources and initiating corrective action where necessary.
Job Description:
Ø Would be able to guide top management to identify the new project with pros and cons.
Ø Would be responsible to handle entire project finance from evaluating, develop projects, compiling and preparing reports, analyse project scenarios, monitor cash flow, fund flows etc.
Ø Exposure in Green Field project would be an added advantage.
Ø Experience in new Projects development i.e. from conceptualised to commercial operation.
Ø Continuous monitoring and sharpening of budget, anticipated cost of construction / project cost. Highlighting deviations with detailed analysis.
Ø Maintaining financial controls and propriety in Projects expenditures. Tracking forecasting cash flows and reconciliation with financial accounts.
Ø Communicating with and managing the external and internal tech team for automation.
Ø Good knowledge of accounting and taxation.
Ø Process enhancement by drafting and execution of Standard Operating Procedure.
Ø Management reporting for project plan, progress, outcomes etc.
Ø Preparing and monitoring the compliance check list for governance reporting.
Skill:
Ø Strong background in Project Finance, Structured Finance
Ø Strong communication and team working skills
Ø Excellent MS Excel Financial Modelling skills
