Job Description:

Position: Maintenance/CMMS System Engineer

Experience: 4-7 years

Availability: 30 days

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Maintenance System administration & deployment for ams OSRAM’s most advanced 200mm Wafer
• Fabrication start-up site to be constructed in Kulim, Malaysia.
• The Maintenance system(s) are namely, SAP PM, OPRA, Computerized Maintenance Management System
• (CMMS) and Augmented Reality (AR) for maintenance activities will be use in the new site.
• Learn, develop, and deploy the necessary Maintenance System competencies from our headquarters in
• Regensburg to the new site.
• Deploy the desired modules of the Maintenance Systems planned for the start-up site to enable the Wafer Fab to ramp up production and run in a seamless manner.
• Integrate the necessary Maintenance Systems and sub-systems into the overall system architecture.
• Author requirement/functional specifications for new/existing Maintenance Systems and modules and/or solutions.
• Design test cases and test scenarios and perform black box testing for system capabilities introduced and document them in our test management system.
• Champion the introduction of advance concepts such as Planned, Predictive, Prescriptive Maintenance using integration to SECS/GEM Host acquired data be it Alarms, Events, KPVs, etc.
• To perform administrative functions of the Maintenance Systems such as Master Data Management, Reporting, Disposition, etc.
• Design PL/SQL Triggers, Functions, etc. to integrate other sub-systems into the respective Maintenance Systems.
• Train and support production use of the Maintenance Systems.
• Provide 2nd level support and resolution for Maintenance System related incidents.
• Lead &; train the 24x7 1st level support team to adequately support the incidents observed in the line.

Requirements:

• Master/bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer
• Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience working with Maintenance Related system, e.g: SAP PM, IBM
• MAXIMO or eMaint CMMS.
• One or more years of experience working with Augmented Reality (AR) tools to assist maintenance activities, e.g.: Microsoft HoloLens.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in SEMI Standards, namely E-004 (SECS-I), E-005 (SECS-II), E-010 (RAM), E-030(GEM), E-037 (HSMS) and E-142 Substrate Mapping is sought for this role.
• Familiarity with common CIM components such as SPC, RMS, R2R, and FDC are highly desired.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as VB.NET, C#.NET, web services, SOAP and XML will be

advantageous.

• Proficient in database technologies and PL/SQL statements.
• Familiarity and exposure to any of the MES systems such as Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenteraka Camstar, FactoryWorks, Fab 300, Eyelit, IBM SiView and/or any system of similar nature.
• ? A highly inquisitive, logical & intuitive nature with an attention to detail, coupled with creativeness & innovativeness are the traits that would help the candidate to excel in this position while being self-driven and a strong team player would bring them places.
• Good command of the English language and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people is desirable.
• Candidate will be required to travel and temporarily be based in Europe for training and project execution.
