Job Description:

Expert in CNC,VMC Operations & good experience in Precision Industry

  • To plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control.
  • Prevent to occurrence of any production shortfall concerning the delivery schedule.
  • Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
  • Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issues and process improvement.
  • Maintain and manage staff's training records as well as conduct training needs analysis and survey.
  • Manage,motivate,and supervise work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
  • To plan,determine training needs and leadership training and development programs for production staff.
  • Manage and inspect production processes and equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order and staff handling.
  • Develop ways to improve sales and profit by improving product quality and processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend processes improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or Equivalent.
  • Experience in the related field. experience in managing a team of production operators ad technicians.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
