Job Description:

• Desired Skills & Qualification
  • Qualification – B-Tech Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics + MBA (Preferred but nit mandatory)
  • Experience in Machine manufacturing industry
  • Basic knowledge of Machine building, Automation, PLC, AC drives, Hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • Able to communicate with customers & manage projects.
  • Good Presentation & Communication skills
  • Able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of Engineering Drawings must
  • Knowledge of 5S, Lean, TQM, Kaizen must
  • Computer Skills – MS Word, MS Office, MS PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills & willingness to take accountability
  • Experience in handling projects – 8-10 years.
• Job Responsibilities & Duties
• • Manages the projects from order receipt to dispatch. He will be the face of customer.
  • Communicates the requirements of new projects in detail with the internal departments
  • Works closely with all internal departments to ensure that the projects meets timeline by maintaining proper communication.
  • Ensures that the machines are dispatched as per its complete scope.
  • Project costing & estimation
  • Be a leader in Implement 5S, TQM & process improvements.
  • Attends customers during inspection/trails at our works
  • Maintains proper documentation (checklist, pictures, etc) of manufactured machines.
  • Lead continuous process improvement & systems update throughout the organization.
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Management. Duties to be updated time to time depending on company’s requirement.
  • Timely update to the top management about each project update.
