Job Description:
Safety
To monitor and implement safety norms to minimize accidents.
Standardization of systems
Monitoring, implementation and to maintain quality assurance systems in existing and new process/product/activity in Chemical Lab (QMS/EHS/EnMS)
Instrument management, calibration & AMC.
Closing NCR raised in internal & external audits.
Process Product Quality Assurance, Compliance & Audits
To conduct sampling inspection & testing as per control plan.
QACR raising against the abnormality ,Follow-up and getting countermeasure from RM suppliers.
To participate RM Supplier development for improving quality for Raw materials.
Monitoring the compliance of testing parameters as mentioned in the control plan
TQM
TQM activities related to chemical lab.
Training and evalution of lab technicians.
Kaizen in chemical lab.
Involvement of more no. of employees in TQM activities even non management by QC circle activities .
To conduct supplier audits as per plan.
Reports & Documents
Analyze and monitor the testing/inspection results.
1) Checking Daily Glass by XRF
2) Checking Daily Flue Gas
3) Preparation of MIS report.
4) Testing on Atomic absorption spectrophotometer of raw material & finished product.
5) Stock checking & Maintaining the record of platinum ware,chemicals and equipements.
