Job Description:

• Responsible for Azure Cloud & On-prem Infrastructure development & maintenance
• Responsible for Active Directory and O365 User Management
• Device & Hardware management and maintenance across the organization.
• Continuous backup, device health check & security policy updating
• Responsible for Internet, Firewall & all network-related activities
• Helping development team to troubleshoot & fix Infra structure related issues.
• Responsible to answer Infra structure-related Q & A in RFI’s from customers & helping the sales team to respond in time.
• Penetration Testing, Security, and OWASP10 implementation to make sure overall product and API security.
• Responsible for execution of projects like MS Certification, enrollment in MS Gold partnership program, ISO, SOC2 certifications & pen-test
• Managing and handling product licenses along with coordination of third-party vendors.
• Maintaining and fixing existing infrastructure.
• Coordinates with various functions within the Product Engineering and Customer Engineering teams to ensure requests are handled/routed appropriately and in a timely manner, by owning issues until closure.
• Selecting and using the most appropriate and efficient technologies for existing and new project architecture.
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous delivery, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Ensuring a required level of performance.

Skills

• Expertise in Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) & using different services of azure like Web App, Key Vault, SQL, API management,
• Front door, Firewall, VMs, Traffic manager etc.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Code Source Control Management on
• DevOps (git style), Creating CI/CD Pipeline & test plans.
• Experience in ARM Templates /Terraform anyone tool desirable
• Experience in PowerShell Scripting.
• Experience in Integrating Security tools in CI/CD such as SonarQube, Unit Test, Functional Test, etc,
• Experience with databases (MSSQL, MySQL), networks (LAN, WAN, MAN), and patch management are desirable
• Need to manage On-prem AD and cloud Directory.
• Having knowledge of cloud resource monitoring via any monitoring tools (Azure Monitor)
• Capable of identifying complex production-related issues.
• Must have knowledge of basic networking concepts.
• Hand-on experience in preparing an SOP, RFI, documentation, and KBs as per requirements.
• Experience in O365 user & license management.
• Good Experience with application performance monitoring systems.
• Familiar with Agile development principles.
• Excellent systems administration and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills
• Experience with pen-test, ISO, and SCO2 certification processes is a plus.
• Microsoft Certifications related to Azure DevOps are a plus.
