Job Description:
-Handling HPDC
-To prepare the monthly/ weekly/ daily production schedule.
-To update management on production status thru morning meeting.
-Preparation of process parameters sheet for an individual die.
-Daily why analysis of major breakdowns.
-Daily fettling, buffing shot blasting moved quantity monitoring.
-Daily consumables monitoring.
-Daily operator efficiency monitoring.
-Corrective and preventive action plan for the customer complaints.
-Conducting new die trials, die analysis, modifications, etc.
-Communication with all three shifts in the log book.
-Implementing TPM activity in plant
-Preparation of Monthly Plant Performance Report.
