Roles and Responsibilities

• A Despatch / Logistics job involves managing and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

  by scheduling drivers, optimizing routes, tracking shipments, and communicating with clients
   

  Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination & Scheduling:

    Plan and schedule transportation routes and delivery times to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. 

     
  • Shipment Monitoring:

    Track the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, providing updates to relevant parties and ensuring goods reach their destination on schedule. 

     
  • Communication:

    Act as a central point of contact for drivers, clients, warehouse staff, and suppliers, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues. 

     
  • Inventory Management:

    Monitor inventory levels at various locations, ensuring stock is available and accurately recorded.
