Manager/Sr. Manager-Quality Assurance

Job Description:

• He shall be Administrative Head of Quality Assurance Department.
• He shall be Qualified Diploma/BE in Mechanical from college of repute.
• He shall have atleast 15 years of working experience in Engineering Companies of repute.
• He shall have knowledge of production process of Machinery manufacturing and can address any manufacturing flaw in the production process like Boring, Drilling, Welding etc.
• He shall be capable to suggest remedial measure to any technical and manufacturing defect in the quality of Raw Material, Bought Out Components, Semi Finished Goods, Finished Goods and WIP.
• He shall be capable to guide his Quality team and also to Production team to improve quality of CME manufactured Machines, Equipment, Spares and Moulds.
• He shall be dynamic and energetic person and capable enough to suggest remedy for any manufacturing/technical defect and address production problem at customer’s site.
• He shall be well conversant of Quality Approval Process and well versed in convening GEMBA Meetings, Expert in developing SOP’s and understands operating Machines, Just in Time (JIT)& CAPA etc.
• He shall be capable to handle Production deptt. in absence of Production Head.
• He shall be well conversant in ERP system preferably in Microsoft Navision and well conversant operating Microsoft Office.
• He shall be comfortable in speaking and writing in English and shall be lenient in reply to the Customers while addressing their quality related complains. 
• He shall be friendly and co-operative and capable to keep good and cordial relation with other HOD’s and other departments specially Production department.
