Job Description:

JOB Summary :

Job setting & Tool setting as per requirement.
Program editing and checking.
Knowledge of 2D programming
First piece inspection and approval get it done from QC.
Fill the all reports related to M/C and Job.
To Complete the job in stipulated timings.

Offline Activities: ? Insert change if required
? Material confirm with drawing ? Tool offset taken with sensor or without sensor
? Drawing study ? Required programme must be on main screen
? DOPC (detailed operation process card) study ? Work offset taken
? Clarify drawing with programme ? Simulation checking (compensation necessary
? Proper jaws selection to be checked)
? Tool list preparation as per programming sheet ? 100% inspection of first job
? Insert preparation ? Visual inspection of all jobs
? Measuring instrument selection ? Check tool nose radius and tool type holder
? Inspection report maintain geometry offset
? Programme edit and check
? Programme call from DNC
Online Activities:
? Proper Jaws setting
? Perfect jaw boring if required (confirm Run out
and Face out with jobs)
? Tool setting on turret
Competencies required to perform job:
? Good knowledge of CNC machines
? Have good positive attitude
? Have good knowledge of programming codeds
Computer Experience and skill to perform jobs."
1. Computer skill and good soft skills are must.
Qualification /Education
? EXPERIENCE TO WORK ON THE SAID ROLE AT LEAST FOR 1-2 YRS.
? Diploma, Any graduate and good knowledge of CNC machines

Cost to the company
Rs 25,000 to Rs.30,000 per month
