Job Description:

JOB Summary :
1. To Monitor the Raw Material availability as per planning
2. To Monitor monthly & weakly production planning
3. Measurement of departmental efficiency & improve it

? Prepare the DOPC (detailed operation process card) of products
? Clear the vendor issue
· planning for Special Toolings
? Tool indent as per planning
? Make stage drawings after received drawing from project team ( Proof Machinig , 1st stage dwg. For CNC & VMS)
? Make Gun Drill Drawings For Manifolds and HR Blocks & Mould Base Plates
? Electrode planning (Drafting and modelling)
? Make drawings for Fixtures
? Handover hard copy of drawings to Project department as well as send mail soft copy of the same to Project,vendor department
and uploading dwgs. In ERP
? Prepare the Position drawing, electrode drawing and send those drawing to project team
? Kaizen & Cost Saving
? Reduction in rework & rejection
Competencies required to perform job:
1. Have good knowledge of Computr, MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
2. Good Knowledge of Auto CAD & Sloid Edge software
3. Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
4. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Computer Experience and skill to perform jobs."
1. Computer skill and good soft skills are must.
Qualification /Education
2-3 years related experience.
Any graduate and good knowledge of planning department.
Cost to the company
Rs 25,000 to Rs.40,000 per month
