Key Responsibilities:
* Handle on-site sales activities at assigned real estate projects.
* Engage with clients, conduct site tours, and explain project features and pricing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.
* Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs.
* Follow up with prospects, brokers, and referral sources to close deals effectively.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, documentation, and post-sales support.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, broker coordination, and sales progress.
* Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related field.
* Understanding of Surat’s real estate market.
* Proven ability to handle clients, site operations, and broker networks.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Professional demeanor with customer-centric approach.
* Ability to work independently at site locations and handle multiple tasks.
