Job Overview
As an Automation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for experts who have the knowledge and ability to design, create, develop and manage machines and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall development/modification of PLC, HMI & SCADA software as per the customer / internal requirements & validation, mainly in Siemens,
- Responsible for all aspects of the machine from testing completion of installation and commissioning Sharing technical ideas to service engineers to solve the problem
- Attending customer complaints after installation and also providing service after successful installation.
- Ability to rectify and to solve problems at customer sites.
- Electrical panel commissioning & Electrical circuit troubleshooting, relay logic testing /checking various electrical components like switchgear, VFD, PLC, HMI, eplan,
- Continuous discussion and coordination with the design and assembly team for new implementation and improvements.
- Making Flow charts, machine state diagrams, and control philosophy for machines.
- Maintaining program backups and other documents required for FAT, Validation and for making User manuals.
- Hands-on experience in Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet and Devicenet, Modbus Communication network
- Good understanding of the Basics of Electrical/Electronic Engineering Drives & Motors, Pneumatics, Switchgear, Sensors, PLC etc,and their selection
- Good knowledge of Instrumentation like PID VALVES, etc, CONTROL loops, motors
- Preparation / Review of Control and Instrumentation Engineering Document Development including Scope of Works, Specification, Bill of Material (BOM) for electrical material procurement & Electrical Diagram in EPLAN
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- - Minimum 7 years in machine building industries.
- Qualification - TECH in Electronics
- Ready to Travel
