Job Description:
| Desired Profile: • Industry: Experience in Manufacturing of Recycling Process products preferred • Experience in Manufacturing - Tyre and Rubber Industries or Textile Industries or Meal Industries also preferable products can also be considered Main Purpose: The Plant Manager’s primary responsibilities include leading the operation and maintenance staff, and the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental and corporate policies, and regulations. This is a hands-on position that is responsible for productivity maximization. Responsibilities: Production • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer's expectations. • Lead production improvement by analyzing performance on the basis of machines, people, systems • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time completion make the system and run the system. People • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff • Address employees- issues or grievances by actively engaging with employees and the HR department. • Constantly monitor and review attrition, employee satisfaction, and training. Systems • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions in non production related departments such as Stores, Dispatch, Maintenance, Security, HR. • Collect and analyses data to find places of waste or overtime. • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on production. |
