- Prepare SOP, Procedure, require format & link with QMS / Manual.
- Knowledge about supplier management system & customer complaint handling.
- Knowledge of GC; HPLC and preventive maintenance of Instruments.
- Knowledge about change control, deviation handling, CAPA & OOS.
- Knowledge of Instrument calibration & Method validation.
