EDUCATION
B.E. (Mining) at least 15 years experience in exploitation of Open-pits, Underground Mines and deposits.
CERTIFICATION
First class Mines Manager’s competency Certificate (UR).
SALARY
1.5 LPA CTC (But salary shall be no bar for right candidate.)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a G.M. Mining Operation specialized in Mining Operations (Open cast/ Underground Manganese mines person worked at MOIL to be given preference.
MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day production operation, production planning, contractor & labor management, mine planning, cost optimization, improving production efficiencies. Should be able to take a leadership position in all the activities related with mining operations. Manpower management including recruitment & development of technically competent team.
- Setting up of the mining methods most adapted to the geological and environmental constraints of the mining sites, in order to have optimum production.
- Follow –up of the construction and the exploitation of new mining projects, monitoring cost of operations, development plans, capex required etc.
- Establishing the annual investment budgets in collaboration with the mining sites.
- Advice on adoption of new equipment and technologies and drive CAPEX investments required for mining sites.
- Assessment and development of new geological resources to ensure availability of raw materials on the long- term.
- Advising the company about the implementation of human and technical means.
- Ensuring Environment , Health & Safety compliance according to group standards.
- Achieving an excellent operational level and reaching the technical and financial objectives fixed by the global business unit.
