  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manufacturer of plastic scrap, Masterbatch and PVC compound  products
• plastics processing and working for major global brands. This makes us uniquely placed to understand the challenges of processing recycled material and gives us the advantage in offering recycled grades that will ensure the manufacturing of products with consistent quality meeting the stringent quality standards demanded of rigid plastics packaging.
• Characterization of metallic, ceramic, polymers, and composite materials.
• Testing and evaluation of electrical products viz. T&D conductors, insulators and hardware, insulation (solid & liquid), CRGO & CRNO lamination, structural components of T&D lines as per national & international standards.

• Job description/Responsibility/List of activities
• 1. To plan, execute and monitor activities of the MIMD division
• 2. To plan and arrange for resources (manpower and capital equipment) as per requirement.
• 3. To implement/maintain quality systems in the laboratories of the MIMD division as per ISO 17025.
• 4. To develop new areas of business as well as new test facilities as per the business development plan.
• 5. To uplift the competence level as well as to develop new competencies of personnel.

• 1.To achieve revenue of the MIMD division as per target set every year.
• 2. To achieve customer satisfaction as per goal set.
• 3. To reduce the Turn-Around-Time for the delivery.
• 4. To motivate and involve personnel in R&D projects and paper publications.

• Essential:
• 1. Knowledge of materials engineering in particular to metallic, ceramic, polymers and composite materials
• 2. Knowledge of evaluation and characterization of materials used for above products as per national & international standards.
• 3. Knowledge of data analysis techniques, error & uncertainty analysis.
