Job Description:
Work Experience : Minimum 5 yrs to 10yrs of work experience having exposure to Stores activities in manufacturing organization.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Incoming material & its proper documentation
Material Accountability for stores items
Statutory Compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure correct receipt of material w.r.t. Quantity, condition
Ensure proper documentation viz. CCIs, Cenvat copies for incoming material
Timely clearances of documents for invoice verification
Timely issue of material to production & keep account
Keep account of rejections & timely disposal of the same
Timely scrap disposal at better realization
Timely closure of challans under Rule 4(5) (a) of Excise Rules
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Commercial laws- Sales Tax, Excise.
