Job Description:
POSITION : DATA MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
AREA OF OPERATION: Sec V, requires occasional travelling within Kolkata
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree+
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: Advanced Excel/DTP, 30+ WPM typing speed
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: English (Fluent speaking and errorfree writing), Bengali, Hindi
COMPULSORY EXPERIENCE: Bulk data collection and entry experience.
Responsibilities:
· Detail, errorfree customer data collection through visit/tele communication /Email from our Showrooms and Marketing/Sales Department
· Backlog Customer sales data compilation from all department and interpretation in Excel
· Detail, errorfree data compilation in excel using advanced tools for easy reporting as per requirement of management
· Communicating with Customer for providing any missing data.
· Errorfree maintainace of customer data base with regular update.
. Wishing customers on special dates and floating relevant schemes time to time through bulk SMS / WhatsApp as per instruction from management.
. Customer data Analysis as per requirement of Management
Salary Range: CTC Rs.1,67,000-2,25,000 per Annum + TA as per actual
