DGM / GM - MIS in Hyderabad

Job Description:

Qualification: Graduate with CMA / MBA Finance from premier institute
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience heading MIS function in a large manufacturing organization
Work location: Hyderabad

Scope: Lead Corporate MIS function for the entire business vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead & manage the MIS and Reporting systems across the organization; comprehend and translate technical & functional business requirements into visual reports and dashboards with interpretations for business use
Gather business requirements, interpret and analyses and present them to the Leadership through dashboards, visual reports, etc.
Comprehend and translate complex technical and functional data into presentable inferences and information
Adopt agile methods and implement automation & improvements for generation of reports and dashboards
Work alongside teams like production support, finance, compliance, and regulatory on relevant projects.
Design key performance indicators scorecard to analyze business drivers and enable decision making by ensuring management is looking at right metrics for Business growth and thereby reducing redundancy in reporting.
Manage annual planning and budgeting exercise, built financial planning models and business cases by identifying drivers, assumptions and partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Projects and Marketing

Candidate Profile:
Must have experience of directly reporting to CEO/COO/MD as head of MIS for a large manufacturing organization.
Must be Tech savvy and adept with latest IT tools for Business analytics, report generation and data management.
Must have hands on experience of establishing central corporate MIS function involving multi location manufacturing units.
Must be adept at building rapport with senior management stockholders ensuring seamless coordination and smooth flow of information, data and reports.
Must be thorough with MIS automation, business model simulations, market trend analysis, big data analysis and visual dashboard presentation.
Must have lead a team of at least 5 with proven people management and leadership attributes.
Must possess excellent communication skills and effective articulation prowess of complex data analysis and business parameters.
Must have thorough understanding of Pay back analysis/profitability analysis/Cash flow analysis/Working Capital assessment, financial statement analysis.
Must be expert in Microsoft Excel usage.
