Maintenance Engineer
Job Description:
Maintenance plan & Preventive maintenance activity for m/c like VMC, CNC, HMC,
CNC, Furnace, Forging M/c, Milling M/c, Tool Maintenance, Lathe, Capstan, Straightening, Pilling, Swaging, Band saw,
Draw-bench etc.
Attending Regular operation About Utility; like- D.G. set of 750 KVA; 500KVA; Compressor (Atlas Capco, Kaiser); cooling tower.
Changeover of MSEDCL supply to D.G. set.
Working with TPM Activity Team also.
Project work m/c installation & dismantle electrical &mechanical work knowledge
Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of CNC, VMC & HMC m/c.
Maintenance (B/D, PM) of hyd. m/c.
Maintenance of AC/DC Motors, (assly,breakdown,preventive)
Maintenance & Preventive of AHU and Cooling towers.
Maintenance of CO2 welding m/c.
Responsible for Stores Activities.
100% Schedule Adherence for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for all the Equipments.
Involve in Activities like DWM (Daily Work Management), 5-S system.
