Job Description:
CMM-CALYSPO (Windows based software used in 3Dco-ordinate measurement m/c for inspection) Uses Roughness tester Mahr model, Used to measurement of surface roughness parameters and Counter parameters of components of Engine parts
- Monitoring and controlling of receipt material inspection (Machining, casting, Sheet metal, Molding & Rubber components) and also approved the inspection report for each material
- Verification of PPAP documents and CAPA of the suppliers.
- Solve the customer problem by Five Rule Sheet (Counter Measure).
- Implementing Control Plans, FMEA, 7-Q.C. Tools & 5’S at vendor end and company
- To apply the Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, FIFO, 3C & 5S techniques at suppliers end to reduce the rejection and improve the quality in process.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be Diploma Or B.tech Mechanical / CIPET with 6-10 Year Experience in Quality Standard Room
Having Valid Passport
