Job Description:

Experience in implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures; conferring with managing director, departmental in-charge and factory staff

 Proficient in modern methodical quality systems, production tools & techniques ? Proficient in taking corrective action for any negative trends related to product quality, customer service, machine capacity, labor efficiency, resource utilization, and effectiveness of business processes

 Skilled in escalating productivity, operational efficiency, quality & process effectiveness and in achieving cost reduction

 Capable at strategizing and implementing processes modifications to enhance operational efficiency; formulated SOPs of the processes, developed plant facilities, layout & re-drafted master plan

 Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality

 Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities

 Coordinating & Collaborating with sales team & marketing division for achieving organizational tasks & goals

 Monitoring and reviewing performance of plant functions including maintenance of plant facilities, machinery & infrastructure for enhancing plant capacity

 Collaborating with purchase team & store department to ensure the successful run of production plans

Leading a team of 20 people; recruiting new team members as per requirement 

A Perfect People Manager; capable in leading teams and achieving maximum output 

Ensuring that environmental, health and safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to People

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must Be B.tech Plastic / polymer / Mechanical   /  CIPET with 15-22 Year Experience in Extrusion products manufacturing process

Good Administrative experience

managing manpower

Experience in directing the entire gamut of Factory Operations (Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Logistics)

 Experience in directing the Factory compliances & Commercial Operations ( Budgeting, costing, CAPEX, budgetary control, Factory license, Factory act, Labor Laws, Environmental Hazards laws, Occupational health and safety laws)
