- Lead Team of Tell - Callers and be responsible for their Productivity
- Need to Mentor, Motivate and Monitor Team of Tell - callers
- Need to speak to clients and support Tell Callers in closing of Business
- Robust control of Data, Leads, follow-ups and closings
- To coordinate with Insurance Companies and ensure issuance of all Policies
- Insurance Domain Experience Mandatory
- Excellent written verbal communication
