Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of  Senior Manager – HR – Talent Acquisition for a reputed company Real Estate Industry at the Kharghar, Navi Mumbai location.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online portals(e.g. Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc ) & HR consultants
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone or video or in person)
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR sheets, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Have tie-ups with various HR consultancies
  • Carry out HR joining formalities & documentation
  • Other work as assigned by Seniors.

Qualification - MBA/MMS/Diploma - HR

Gender - Female

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment
