Roles and Responsibilities :
Credit Manager

Exp – 2-4 yrs (LAP) ; CTC – 3 – 4.5 Lakhs

1. Responsible to establish underwriting/credit processing structure for branches.
2. Assist towards process key improvement activities.
3. To identify portfolio risk in underlying business practices and fraud exposures.
4. Work closely with regional sales, product group, credit managers and operations to constantly refine credit underwriting processes in Region/State.
5. Minimum 1 year of experience in HL or LAP.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Division Credit Manager

Exp – 5-6 years (LAP) ; CTC – 6 - 7 Lakhs

1. To manage 4-5 team spread across the division.
2. 
   Travel extensively to monitor and motivate team.
3. Business expansion,hiring and training.
4. Branch Operations supervision,Collection management.
5. Data Management
6. 100% Compliance as per policy.
7. Understanding Bottom of the pyramid.
8. Minimum 3 year of experience in HL or LAP.
