Like payments, which has become digital, embedded & ubiquitous in the last 8 years, credit too will become a ubiquitous instrument for a consumers/business owner to transact for various purchases whether it is a vanilla Term Loan to consumer financing to working capital finance. And we are at the forefront of this shift.

• They  are one of the top-rated AI companies in India built credit scores, alternate data products using multiple data sources and operate as “SAAS” for 50+ clients across banking and tech industry.
• They are technology first and build products that help us give asymmetric scale
• They launched embedded credit in 2020 where they  deeply embed our solution within large online distribution platform at the time of transaction for consumers via Personal Loan/Consumer Loan and businesses via Working Capital Loans
• We have embedded our solution with internet platforms that want to offer a loan product to their users
• The  current annualized disbursals as of FY 2022 stand at ~$100mn
• The team comes from variety of backgrounds: Experts from NBFC, Bureaus, Banking, Technology, ex-entrepreneurs, co-located, PAN-India, diverse.

• From your experience you should:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in English, communication, linguistics, or bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Have showcased strong verbal and written communication skills via a portfolio
  • Be well-versed using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Should be comfortable and willing to use tools like Figma, Trello, Atlassian

• What you will be doing?
  • Collaborating with the product team to identify key content and copy requirements across all the digital assets including the company's  website, mobile app, mobile website
  • Collaborating with the product and development team to create user interface text.
  • Creating videos to explain concepts and procedures in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Creating and reviewing product-oriented blog posts.
  • Creating digital communication content to engage with customers
  • Reviewing and revising content based on internal and external customer feedback.
  • Using industry best practices research for validating and managing customer experience like A/B testing, User testing, card sorting etc.
