Sr. Sales Acquisition Manager - North
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
As Regional Sales Head the incumbent will be responsible to deliver business goals in their region
Plan, propose and execute regional sales plan in accordance with business objectives
Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales managers and sales reps
Identify and analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Improve sales conversion and retention metrics by analyzing gaps and suggesting prompt solutions
Address critical business challenges for the region and implement strategies to overcome hurdles
Increase market share and GMV across categories in the region
Work closely with all the stakeholders for smooth running of business in the region
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in steel industry, at least 5 years in managing large teams
Experience in B2B ecosystem dealing with both MSMEs and Large Accounts
Must have built high performing sales team from grounds up
Go getter with high achievement and bias for action
MBA from premiere institute preferred
