Sr Production & testing Engineer in Mirzapur

Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Routine Testing of power and distribution transformers up to 10 MVA 33KV Class including their report preparation according to IS 1180 and IS 2026 respectively and in type test:- Temperature rise test and also plan, monitor & control the production activities/Manufacturing processes to achieve monthly and annual plan.
2. Manpower utilization daily and monthly basis and dividing the job accordingly, shift planning      as per production schedule.
3. Assisted in Handling and planning customer and 3rd party inspections including Testing and preparing reports according to GTP.
4. Handling technical calculations required for transformers.
5.   Handling Testing Equipment.
6. Coordinating Work.
7. Worked on CRGO Core type / Amorphous Shell type transformer.
8.   Assisted in ISO audit for Documentation and planning.
9. On site Testing and Fault detection.
10. Worked in a shift.
11. Comfortable in MS Word, PowerPoint Presentation and MS Excel.

Candidates with having experience in Transformer Manufacturing Industry only required (Other Manufacturing Industry experience not required)

7     Required Candidate profile:-

• Work as a Testing/Production Engineer in the Transformer Manufacturing Industry.
• Sound knowledge of Testing and Production planning & control processes.
• Willing to Relocate

• Minimum of 04-15 years proven experience in Testing and Production in Transformer Manufacturing Industry only required.
