Role & Responsibilities of Sales officer
- Primary sales
- Secondary sales
Primary sales:
Appoint a distributor in the given area within a 30 days (because it is a mandatory task) it is your target with an investment of Rs 5 lakh for distributorship. It is a prime task, it is a onetime task and it’s a primary task for every sales officer. So that is called primary sales.
Secondary Sales:
- Appoint a new dealer
- Visit daily basis on retail counter
- Meeting with the local contractor
- Meeting with the local builders
- Meeting with local painters
- Promotional activity (counter & painter meet)
- Advertisement :- flex board, wall painting, shop painting
- Maintain daily working report (primary sale)
- After appointment of distributor submit DSR sheet daily through mail (daily sales report) by mail.
SALES
-Drive volumes for all Infratech Brands in the allocated territory
-Ensure maximum availability of Infratech brands in the territory
-Identify new sales opportunities and ensure sales achievement
-Generate sales reports in the specified formats on a regular basis and keep the Marketing Head updated with the trends in the market
Ensure execution of the prescribed systems and controls for sales and distribution.
BRAND BUILDING
-Ensure that Infratech brands have the maximum coverage in his assigned territory
-Generate visibility for Infratech brand by supporting the Brand & promotions team in identifying the appropriate sites
-Distribute the Wall Putty and POP material to the retailers and ensure maximum visibility at the retailer counter
-Co-ordinate with the customer support team and provide technical support to the clients when required
-Monitor, educate & ensure implementation of all sales schemes in the territory
-Assess the Dealers service level.
-Track and provide feedback on competitor's activities in his territory
DISTRIBUTION
-Monitor the stocks availability at the Dealer/Retailer point
-Check, verify and ensure timely submission of all Dealer claims
-Ensure stock keeping norms are adhered to
-Ensure timely delivery of good to the customers by proactively coordinating with the logistics department
-Ensure timely receipt of payments and maintain optimum market outstanding
REQUIRED CANDIDATE THIS LOCATION -:
1- UTTAR PRADESH -: ALL U.P (EXCEPT SAHAJAHANPUR, SITAPUR,)
2- MADHYA PRADESH-: ALL M.P (EXCEPT GWALIOR & MORENA CHAMBAL DIVISION)
3- DELHI NCR-: GURGAON, GREATER NOIDA, DELHI, GHAZIABAD
4- RAJASTHAN-: ALL RAJASTHAN
Experience: 1- 8 Years
CTC: Rs. 15000 to Rs. 25000 Per Month + 2% Incentive above the target.
Target: 5 LAKH TO 8 LAKH Per Month
Qualification:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MBA/PGDM – Marketing
