Job description for AVP– B2B 

 

We are looking for an Experienced and energetic Leader to drive B2B sales efforts for exploring new Business avenues for the  stock broking .

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive B2B sales growth and market penetration.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  3. Sales and Business Development: Lead the B2B sales team, set sales targets, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends in the B2B sector.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align B2B strategies with overall company goals.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent may be preferred.
  2. Experience: Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles. Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is often required.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B market, industry trends, and customer needs.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively.
