  (1) Shall have following qualifications and experience in same field as Technical Support Engineer
a) BCA/BEIT/BCA/MCA/BE Computers/BSc IT/B Tech: 1 to 2 Years
b) Diploma: 1 to 3 Years.
c) ITI: 2 to 4 Years
(2) Shall have good communication & reporting skills.
(3) Must be flexible to work in Shifts (24X7)
(4) Must follow safety and security policy awareness of Plant
(5) Willingness to work anywhere in Gujarat either onsite or remote
  Educational qualification (Additional): Hardware Networking Course
  Must have Skill Capable of handling end user calls for Desktops/Laptops and other peripherals
  Desired yrs of experience: Min 1-3 Y rears of exp in same field
  Suggested CTC (Cost to the Company) 20000 - 24000 CTC PM
  Skills : Good Troubleshooting knowledge of all types of hardware calls of desktops and laptops First level trouble shooting knowledge of all types of peripherals Knowledge of various types of networking devices and troubleshooting of networking calls Good understanding on Damps, Laser jet, Desk jet printers calls Troubleshooting knowledge on various windows OS
Good understanding on all applications including SAP, Ms Office, Antivirus etc. Having good PR skill with customer
Willingness to do PM and Asset Inventory management
Understanding operation of Ticketing Tool
Willingness to work after office hours to complete job Taking ownership on closure of calls within SLA
Flexible working in plant area.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Note :

  • Candidate should be double vaccinated for the plant location.
  • Only Male candidate preferred.
  • Candidate ‘s Experience and Education and Expected Salary must be matched with our requirement.
  • For Outside location –Bachelor Accommodation Only will be provided by the company.
  • You are agreed to charge 5% of Annual CTC and your bill will be cleared with in 45 days of cycle as per company norms.
  • You have to provide free replacement of the candidate up to 3 months.
  • Candidate should be ready for work in Rotational Shifts.
  • Candidate should be ready to sign the 18 months Agreement with providing Security Deposit Cheque to the company.
  • Technical Interview is taking care by our technical team.
