Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Industry Connect Executive/Manager for a reputed company at the Gurgaon location.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients in the market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs.
- Create contract-winning proposals and presentations for current and prospective clients
- Collaborate with respective teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Responsible for account retention and growth as well as happiness and exceeding client expectations.
- Help to generate new business within current clients.
- Lead new business pitches for new and existing clients.
Keys kills Required:
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- CSR knowledge preferred
- Secondary Research
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
