Key responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational policies and strategies that align with corporate goals.
- Operations and Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the plant's budget, control costs, and drive initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and skills
