- Prepare Client Bill & Sub contractor bill on monthly basis& get certification of bills
- Rate Analysis of various construction activities
- Preparation of bar bending schedule& RA Bill
- Perform re-measuring and checking with BOQ.
- Monitor and verify Contractor’s payments.
- Checking and verifying quantities.
