Job Description:

Establish strong focus on customer service and also worked in Request for Quotation ( RFQ ).

 Communicate with customers and collaborate with peers to establish Department Goals and Objectives.

 Secure and renew orders and arrange deliveries.

 To monitor and achieve sales targets of valve, clutch and other type of springs.

 Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

 Discuss on daily inward, issues regarding commitment failure if any in daily held sales meeting.

 Giving weekly presentation on sales target achieved and dropped, prepare weekly sales report. Follow up with after sales service to
