Maintenance Engineer Electrical

Job Description:

Air Compressor, LT/HT Panel ,ACB, VCB ,Injection Molding Machine & Die Casting machine Maintenance, D.G. Set, Operation & maintenance of 33KV, T/F, Servo Stabilizer, ACs, Circuit Breakers,Chillar, A.H.U. , AC & DC Drives Motors, & pumps.

Planning Preventive maintenance of machines and equipment in the plant.

Capable to attend electrical Problems in Fanuc and Siemens control HMC,VMC,TURNING CNC , CNC Drilling, CNC VTL, CNC PLASMA CUTTING, CNC GRINDING CNC HARDNING Spm machines and conventional machines preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance ? Work in Siemens system 840D PL, 840D SL, 808D SL, 840C, 802D, 810D etc.

Work in Fanuc system OI-MD, OI-TD, 18I-MB, 21I-TB, OI-TB, OI-MATE. MD, OI-TF, OI-MF, OI-TD, OI-TC etc. 

Capable to attend Siemens PLC S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, ET-200M etc. Troubleshooting Star Delta Starter, Dol Starter, MCC, PCC breakdown maintenance & preventive maintainance.

 Capable to Old Machine Recondition work 

Providing Engineering support to manufacturing to improve quality and safety

 Carry out 5S activities implementation of Kaizens and Poka-yokes. 

Capable to attend electrical Problems in EOT Cranes preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must Be Diploma / B.tech With 6-8 Year Experience in maintenance

Good communication skill

Good personality

Managing Manpower
