- B. Sc/B. Tech with 4-6 years of experience in carpets
To check every YOP and cross checked with last record.
Lead in BCF Spinning and check all process control activities.
Lead in Cabling and Heat set process control activites.
Making of tuft for every new colour.
Involve in daily activities of BCF .
Final sampling tuft analysis and approved for further process.
To make COA for every lot.
Process control activities in Cabling and Heat set (Reduction breaks/ton)
Check and monitor lab abnormalities.
Make SOP for automotive product.
