Head – QA
Job Description:
-B. Sc, M. Sc , B. Tech, M. tech with minimum 15 to 20 Years experience in QA ,Textile - Yarn Speciality
-Review specification of incoming (RM/PM) & in-process material /Review abnormality of routine testing
-Implementation of new testing & SOP
-Analysis of market complaint
-Resposbility of all Q.C & Packing related activity with reducing packing cost.
-Review of repack downgrade / leftover
-Review properties of all incoming Raw materials and Packing materials.
-Review of non moving Packing material
-Make aware about abnormalities in Packing
-Control on break down & delay in testing
-Daily followup of final product be release within set norms.
-Taken Corrective action through prod. Dept. in running abnormal product.
-Testing related management
-Quality observation on Inhouse running product - DTY / ATY & Splitting area.
-Control of overall packing activities in Multiplying, Auto clave and TFO
-Against market complaint proper root cause checking and corrective action taking.
-Packing material cost reduction.
-Verify testing material test result with concerned person.
