Job Description:
- Accounting of Cash, NEFT/RTGS, Swap on daily basis.
- Cash on hand and CMS cheque Reconciliation in excel and report to HO.
- Daily ACH processing in the Web.
- Receipts, CRA & banking control & Exception.
- Customer PDC, control and processing in the system.
- Timely processing vendor expenses, employee expenses.
- Processing customer loan closure, Reschedule, Downsize.
- Managed the internal and external mail functions
- Co-ordination with region for MIS on cash in hand. On 40 branches.
- Daily Cash accounting in system
- Maintain Disbursement Cheque tracking.
- Daily banking with accurate controls
- Control of Registers Maintain, Cash Register, Cheque, cash collection, Cancel receipts.
- Disbursement Cheque Reissue through system.
- Follow up to HO for closure and NOC of all closed contracts.
- Monthly attendance report to HR
- Co-ordinate with all branch cashiers and helping them for solving queries.
- Well known of Home loan file processing in system.
- Also known as necessary home loan documents deep study & also about cibil report.
- Well known of all collection report making in excel.
- Known about credit report & income valuation of customer
