- Payroll Processing.
- Statutory compliances of EPF,ESIC ( Manually & Online)
- Maharashtra Profession Tax (MPT) Monthly Returns.
- Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF) Half yearly returns,
- Updating Daily Attendance Records.
- Daily Official out door duty Records Maintenance.
- Daily Leave records maintenance.
- Tracking of Late coming, Absenteeism, Over Time.
- Maintaining Daily Manpower Report, OT Report Monthly Cleaning checklist, Employee Hygiene.
- Checklist, Employee welfare activities.
- Addresses to employees for related Queries.
- Preparing Monthly Salary & Wages of Employees and the Casuals of all location.
- Disbursement Salary at various locations (Clint Location).
- Taking Care of Complete Staff Data Base (Software).
- Monthly Contract bill preparation.
- Receipt of Resignation, NOC / Clearance, Issuance of relieving letter.
- Follow up for the full and final settlements.
- Taking Care of joining formalities of the Employees.
- Co-ordination with the new jonnies of the internal employee.
- General Office & Factory Administration, Housekeeping Management.
- Making Identification cards for workers and casuals.
