Job Description:
- Implement all TS & ISO related Documents.
- Critical spare part management, Development of local vendor .
- All Govt. related activity of Electrical, EHS related paper.
- Working on new cost cutting project, Kaizen & implementation.
- Maintenance of 3 Axis CNC Pipe bending machine, Assembly line Conveyor
- Maintenance of Weld shop containing Nash make Butt welding, Spot welding, CO2 Welding machines of Adore make, Pneumatic tools, Gas Burners.
- Maintenance of Powder coating Shop.
- Preventive & Predictive maintenance of D.G. Set 500KV(Caterpillar), Pump House, Fire fighting System,Electrical & manual stacker,Forklift & 235 CFM Atlascapco make screw compressors.
- Handling of ETP & STP Plant with equipment maintenance.
- Maintenance of 150 T (EP make) Hydraulic press.
