Roles and Responsibilities
- Management of Project, Cost and Commercial Function Including rate analysis, cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
- Preparation of Budgets, Construction Estimation, Tender/ bid & bid circulation, Comparison, Negotiation, Finalisation, Issuing work Order, (All Preconstruction commercial work)
- Commercial/ Cost Management during construction (Change Order, Bill Checking, certification, payment, ERP Life Cycle.
- Commercial Clearance, Final Bills Etc.
- Vendor/ Contractor identification & development.
- Project Tracking / Commercial Vs Physical Progress
- Techno Commercial / Contracts MIS
