Job Description:
- Prepare Daily production Plan and maintain all production documents while in process parts
- Maintain Hourly reports and reduce the cycle time
- Implement the SMED(single minutes exchange of dies) project
- Monitor and editing of press shop activity towards cost cutting and cycle time improvement
- Minimize the generation of scrap as possible as.
- Manage various shortages problems like manpower, material, machines, methods, etc & ensure the availability of the same in advance.
- Ensure the product quality to fulfill the customer’s requirement & analyze deficiency if any.
- Maintain record as per TS 16949 with quality aspect on regular basis and complete the documentation
- Improve the quality and reduce the rejection in press shop
- Analyze data regarding daily loss and decreasing the same
- Strong Monitoring of planned VS Actual
- Maintain and improve the house keeping on shop floor & Undertake the Kaizen
- Maintain the die history report to sustain the die condition
- Implementation on continual production improvement and & cost reduction activities, Optimum use of available resources
- CAPA documentation in daily issues.
- Maintain the R/M inventory
- Daily meeting and review the running issues and kaizen works, shop floor activities
- Maintain the 5 S in shop floor, Hence the material movement will be smooth, avoid un-necessary act in shop floor which directly or indirectly contacted with electricity, any other source required, etc
- Allocation of manpower as per work stage and skill operators.
- Evaluation of all resources of the production department including manpower, equipment, materials, etc to achieve the GMP and least inventory.
- Ensure the health and safety of workers in premises & Contribute positively with every problem with each department
- Co-ordinate with QA for internal audit and required action
