Full Stack Developer (React + Node/ Laravel)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills and past experience leading developers is crucial
• Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and meet project milestones and deadlines with minimal supervision. Assists other team members in the business application, development technologies, or Software Development Lifecycle processes (such as reviewing, designing, and testing)
• Collaborate closely with all team members to take shared responsibility for the sprint backlog and the team’s success
• Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Should learn new development constructs related to the technology used in the product with an objective to improve the productivity of the self and improve the robustness of the product

Requirements (Technical Skills):

• MCA / MS / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other degree
• Good experience in ReactJS (frontend) and Nodejs or Laravel (Backend) along with good experience in MySQL/MongoDB
• Knowledge of UI Frameworks like React Bootstrap, Material UI with React, or any other UI framework such as React Foundation, Ant Design, etc
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) is preferred
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, and SVN
• Database Management tools such as MySQL
• Experience with AWS, EC2 S3 & other services
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
• Must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of coding best practices

Good to have (Optional):

• AWS S3/Lambda/RDS
• CI/CD
• Past experience scaling projects from prototype to hundreds of thousands / millions of users is a plus.
