Role :
1. To manage the Electrical maintenance of the Providing you the best range of Machine Shop Services, Quality Control Facility and Fabrication Shop with effective & timely delivery.
2. Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions
3. Ensure availability of critical spare parts to avoid long downtime of plant.
Responsibilities :
1. Ensure zero production loss due to failure of electrical equipment
2. Focus on reduction of department cost without sacrificing the plant services
3. Responsible for timely and corrective action against the obsolete technology/equipment
4. Responsible for timely modification of existing assets to improve the performance, safety and reliability
5. Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment
6. Ensure completion of all turnaround jobs as per plan and within budget & time with quality
7. Responsible for timely execution of new upcoming/ running project and capes jobs of electrical within budget
8. Completes electrical projects by supervising installations and resolving design issues.
9. Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
10. Ensure safe & healthy work environment to achieve zero accident target.
11. Ensure training & skill up gradation of electrical team

Age - 45 + |
|
Experience - 20 Years In relevant field also from foundry industries |
|
Salary range is about 1 L |
|
Prefer belly from Silvassa or a Nearby |
