Post : Engineer/Sr. Engineer/AM/ VMC Shift Supervisor - Machine Shop

Department: M/C Shop-Tool Room
Description: Having on hand experience on VMC machine in Tool Room for HPDC/LPDC / Plastic Mold die manufacturing .
Working Co-Ordinate Calculation & Programming of Machines
Selection of Tools and Insert
To plan and allocate work to workmen
To plan and see that raw material required is available.
To meet weekly / monthly kits & production targets as per plan
To produce material with the prescribed quality
To monitor all the production related activities.
To improve productivity, efficiency and utilization of the manpower available
Co-Ordinate with Department like Quality, Store, Purchase ect.
To control and minimize waste
Have the knowledge of TPM – 5s, Kai-zen, Poka-Yoka etc.
Work On 4MT Analysis, Process Development etc.
Experience: Minimum 6 years
CTC: No bar for right candidate.
